Attorney Shaw received his Juris Doctorate from the Phoenix School of Law, Cum Laude, and his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Shaw is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona.
Mr. Shaw's areas of practice include family law, adoption, business litigation, personal injury, estate planning and probate.
Mr. Shaw has extensive practice history with family law and child custody disputes. One of his primary focal points is assisting parents through the process of divorce or post divorce custody disputes.
Mr. Shaw has a work history with small business management, and marketing. Mr. Shaw will assist startup companies form, plan, and build for the future. His work experience, business education, and legal education give him a distinct advantage in assisting new and existing business owners.
Mr. Shaw is a member of the Arizona Bar and the Vice President of the Yavapai County Bar Association.
Attorney Miller has 30 years of experience in the practice of law. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota, Cum Laude, and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Miller has practiced law since 1988 and is admitted to the practice in Arizona and California, in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Miller's practice areas include all aspects of real estate, landlord/tenant, business formation and operations, commercial transactions, litigation, construction, intellectual property, and wills, trusts and estates.
Mr. Miller has participated in several community organizations including the Adult Center of Prescott, the Board of Directors to the MIT Forum for Technology, and the Board of Directors for the Grand Canyon Chapter of the American Red Cross. He served as an Adjunct Professor in the Yavapai Community College Paralegal Program.
Mr. Miller is a member of the Arizona, California and Yavapai County Bar Associations.
