Robert A. Miller, Esq.

Attorney Miller has 30 years of experience in the practice of law. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota, Cum Laude, and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Miller has practiced law since 1988 and is admitted to the practice in Arizona and California, in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Miller's practice areas include all aspects of real estate, landlord and tenant law, business formation and operation, commercial transactions, litigation, construction, intellectual property, and wills, trusts and estates.

Mr. Miller has participated in several community organizations including the Yavapai Humane Society, Adult Center of Prescott, Board of Directors of the MIT Forum for Technology, and Board of Directors for the Grand Canyon Chapter of the American Red Cross. He served as an Adjunct Professor in the Yavapai Community College Paralegal Program.
